Creative diary-keeping
Dr Lucy Kelly (Associate Professor in Education at the University of Bristol - BA, Hons, MRes (Bath Spa), PhD (Cambridge))
This session helped me to reflect on my professional practice and work/ life balance.
I am able to use different strategies to reflect on situations which leaves me feeling lighter. I have encouraged others to do the same.
Very blessed to attend most of the BEC’s sessions about wellbeing - I feel also so blessed to be able to interact and to have great insights… Please continue to do these!
Thank you for a really interesting and inspiring session.
I had a go at storyboarding- never thought about this before! I liked it and it made me smile when I looked back at it. Seemed to take the negative emotion away from the situation. Not sure if this is the intention but worth doing again, might be good to look back at in a few days/weeks’ time. Thanks for the ideas!
Just enjoying a great moment with you. Thanks for the space.
I tried the emoji activity - found it quite liberating.
I have always enjoyed writing. This time I definitely feel like I gave myself a mini therapy session through the free writing activity. The more I wrote, the more I unpacked - something that made me feel a bit out of sorts today was actually probably something to do with my own views and expectations... but also allowed myself to sit with those feelings. reminded myself I am still human!
I used to 'park the day' on the commute home - I work from home now and have realised in this session I am NOT 'parking my day’.
Thank you. This has been a really useful session. I'm looking forward to trying the different activities.
Thank you I feel refocused and ready to go, I have used law of attraction in the past and positive thinking but recently dropped off...I'm ready to go again!

It gave me some great ideas to share with colleagues.
Was a very insightful session.
Exceptional session from Lynn. I've used Lynn's materials in training sessions with Foster Carers and I found it inspiring and motivating… I've shared links for Spaces For Wellbeing with schools that I have worked alongside and think it's a really valuable network.
Thank you for such an interesting and honest session.
Thank you so much Lynn, you are incredible!
The recognition of trauma is something that is new to me, so I’ve found this webinar very enlightening. Thank you Lynn for taking the time to share your experiences with us.
It’s been a really valuable session.
Thank you Lynn for sharing your experience and knowledge.
Thank you so much Lynn. It’s been very helpful for thinking about how to take this into the workplace as well as work with children. Thank you also Marie and Carly for facilitating.
Really impressive presentation!

Autogenic Therapy
Andrew Walker (Senior Psychotherapist SACCPH, [Accred] NCS, CYP Reg.)
I have attended most of the sessions (survey wouldn't let me click more than one) and they have been great, FAB to have some time to reflect, speak to colleagues, get ideas for self and how to support colleagues, children and families.
This session gave me more understanding.
We are getting so used to this fast paced way of life, being stretched to the max at work it is becoming the norm, then we stop realising that we feel stress. Another great session – thank you.
I’ve found it really interesting – thank you.
