LifeSkills is a universal, school based programme for children aged 8-14 years. Studies testing its effectiveness have found that LifeSkills can reduce the prevalence of risk taking behaviours by up to 75% and effects can last up to 12 years. The programme is typically delivered to the whole class as part of the regular school day and is closely aligned to the personal development and health aspects of the school curriculum.
